Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems upon shop completion, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
• Review and analyze system requirements, defining hardware specifications for electrical components.
• Inspect electrical operations during construction, fabrication, and installation phases.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system errors, recommending repairs or modifications.
• Prepare technical submittals for approval, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Interpret and apply local and federal engineering statutes and regulations, including UL and NEC standards.
• Provide technical assistance to project managers and engineering teams.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve technical concerns.
• Ensure safety protocols and incident reporting procedures are followed, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Support project management tasks, including documentation and resource coordination.

Minimum Requirements

Additional Information

The pay range is $93,000 - $105,000 per year. This is a fully onsite position in Tinley Park, IL, with an application deadline of May 26, 2025.
