As an  Experienced Copier / Printer Service Technician,  you would shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

What you will do :

• Service printer / copier products with minimum assistance
• Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
• Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
• Manage inventory to the company's specifications.
• Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
• Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.
• Maintain professional appearances .
• Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
• Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
• Overnight stays may be required
