As a Team Lead in Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment, you are required to guide the team in delivering process reviews, and operational improvements. You will collaborate with diverse teams, translate business needs into actionable analysis, and drive initiatives that create measurable value. You will foster an inclusive environment where your leadership and expertise help shape our success. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct process reviews and validations to support business partners
  • Identify opportunities where analysis drives significant operating outcomes and efficiencies
  • Contribute to high-level business initiatives and assist with metric reporting
  • Design predictive and forecasting models to improve operations
  • Collaborate with metric owners to identify key causes behind data trends and irregularities
  • Monitor trends and best practices to add value
  • Champion process improvements by dissecting current processes and implementing enhancements
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
  • Facilitate communication between upper management and employees
  • Generate and submit performance reports
  • Evaluate new employees through interviews

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to create logical solutions under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all levels of management
  • Ability to use judgment to guide analysis and synthesize clear communications
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and influencing skills
  • Positive attitude with ability to build relationships with internal partners and team members
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Degree or professional certification in business, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Strong leadership skills in a multi-regional environment
  • Experience with performance management and reporting tools
