Medical Education Manager Position Summar y
The Medical Education Manager at Tidahealth is responsible for overseeing the financial management and data analytics related to residency and fellowship programs. This key role will focus on utilizing financial tools and reporting systems to monitor and manage funding, expenses, cost reporting, and performance metrics. Additionally, this position would be responsible to coordinate and maintain housing and associated financial needs for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. The individual will work closely with the GME leadership team and Tidalhealth Finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CMS and HSCRC guidelines, and will manage the tools necessary to drive financial decision-making and strategic planning for GME.
Medical Education Manager Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Medical Education Manager Benefits
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range : $68,057.60
