We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client inquiries, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team in expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and production timelines to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with both current and potential customers as required.
- Stay informed about product offerings, including specifications, usage, and pricing, to confidently address customer questions.
- Partner with the outside sales team to identify growth opportunities and foster long-term business relationships.
- Verify technical details with clients or regional sales managers and accurately input orders into the system.
- Create detailed production orders based on customer purchase requests and usage projections.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
- Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience assisting clients with billing functions and resolving complaints.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organization.
- Proven ability in account management and developing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and address client needs confidently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer support roles is a plus.
