Job description1YR / 1ST TIMERS OK - PACU RN - Req 7681 Will position float between units : Unknown Is on-call required? Yes 1 weeknight every week from 1730-0700; 1 weekend every 5 weekends from Friday 1730-Monday 0700 Are weekends required? Yes On call for urgent / emergent surgeries only Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 based on acuity Special requirements : On call 1 weeknight every week from 1730-0700; 1 weekend every 5 weekends from Friday 1730-Monday 0700 Are 48 hours approved : No Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required. If no UD is linked, defer to Clinical Tracks. Current certification issued by an acceptable agency - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS). Must check UD to verify certifications required. If no UD is linked, defer to Clinical Tracks. On-call required : Yes, 1 weeknight every week from 1730-0700; 1 weekend every 5 weekends from Friday 1730-Monday 0700 Weekends required : Yes, on call for urgent / emergent surgeries only Float Policy Acknowledgement required. Traveler may be required to float to another Providence facility within a reasonable distance. SUBS : Aya I9 Attestation Required Government-Issued Photo ID Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY.
