PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing the technical activities in one or more engineering disciplines (mechanical, software, packaging, electrical, reliability, systems, applications, or process engineering). Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $181,900 - $383,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
