The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General and Operations Manager to join our team!

The NAWCAD WOLF IC2&I Division delivers full-spectrum C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) solutions to support the warfighter. The General and Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Division’s operational functions, ensuring efficient execution of projects, strategic alignment, and overall organizational performance. This role bridges tactical project management with strategic organizational operations to maximize effectiveness and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the IC2&I Division, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and mission requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support program execution and organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and financial performance for multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Establish, track, and report performance metrics, operational KPIs, and progress against strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical, engineering, and program management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and support services.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with government, DoD, and IC2&I standards, including secure information management and data integrity.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including government leadership, contractors, and partners.
  • Support organizational planning, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in operations management, general management, or program support in a defense, intelligence, or government environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and secure communications platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a technical discipline.
  • Experience with C5ISR, defense acquisition, or lifecycle program management.
  • Familiarity with performance analytics, organizational metrics, and best practices for repeatable program success.
  • Knowledge of DoD / IC compliance, cybersecurity, and information assurance standards.
  • Position is contingent upon award.
