Swift Collision is looking for a detail-minded Refinishing Paint Prepper to help prepare vehicles for flawless paint jobs. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want to play a key role in creating beautiful finishes, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do :

Sand, fill, clean, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting.

Inspect areas for proper prep and ensure materials are applied correctly.

Keep your workspace and tools organized while supporting the Body and Paint teams.

Communicate with technicians to ensure every vehicle is ready for a perfect finish.

What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1 to 5 years of automotive refinishing or body prep experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and pride in your work.
