An established Long Island-based company in the home services industry is looking for a proven sales leader to grow and manage an outside sales team focused on residential customers .

Key Requirements :

• Recent experience selling into the residential market (commercial / residential mix is okay—but residential experience is required)
• Track record of hiring, training, and managing outside sales reps
• Lives on or near Long Island and is available to spend ~ 75% of time in the field
• Hands-on CRM experience (for tracking rep activity and performance)

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching reps in the field, building performance-driven teams, and helping close deals.
