What You Will Do :

  • Run and pull shortage reports from SAP to determine potential supply risks
  • Pull supply commits and escalation status from SAP
  • Receive monthly build projections from MES Industrial Managers
  • Combine multiple inputs above into a pre-defined Microsoft excel / PowerPoint template that clearly illustrates the following over a 90-day period
  • Current material coverage
  • Potential gaps in supply coverage vs site build plans
  • Current status / commits of any parts not currently on MRP identified as potential risks over 90-day outlook
  • Communicate findings with Industrial Managers and address any follow-on questions or concerns

What You Will Bring :

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
  • Supply Chain / Material Processing experience
  • Operations experience is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Quick learner with aptitude to learn more and drive change
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional team
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, communicative, and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and networking skills
  • Pay Range : $62,000-$65,000 a year

    Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

    Work Requirements : We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor / Windsor Locks, CT and is considered hybrid with 3 days required at Windsor / Windsor Locks and 2 days work from home.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Travel requirements : Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

    Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
