About the Role :

Vercel is hiring a Head of Technical Marketing, a deeply technical leader who thrives on educating and empowering users. This role isn't just about showcasing your own expertise; it's about helping customers and prospects unlock their own potential. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead a talented team of content creators focused on clear, supportive, and inspiring technical content, including high-quality technical blogs, guides, and tutorials.

If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do :

• Lead the strategy and creation of technical content (demos, videos, technical blogs, guides, and webinars) focused on driving awareness and education across Vercel's developer and enterprise audiences.
• Deliver compelling live presentations at webinars, conferences, and field events, becoming a trusted voice in the enterprise community.
• Prototype and produce cutting-edge ("frontier") technical content, showcasing the full power of Vercel's platform.
• Ensure Vercel's technical marketing is approachable, helpful, and empowering, creating a space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Technical Marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, focusing on education, clarity, and technical storytelling that drives awareness and adoption.

About You :

Benefits :

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $224,000 - $336,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
