What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a minimum of 30 Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and Area Sales ManagersDevelop and foster relationships with referral sources to drive mortgage loan salesRecruit, hire, and train new loan officers while cultivating a sales-focused environmentMonitor team production and manage performance improvement plans for underperformersFacilitate the development of business plans with MLOs and hold regular reviews to achieve sales objectivesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5-7 years of residential mortgage sales experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalent; four-year college degree preferredIn‑depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines3-5 years of mortgage management experience preferredStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience with mortgage origination systems and automated decisioning toolsAbility to motivate teams and adapt to sudden changes in the work environmentIn‑depth knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lendingDemonstrated leadership skills and a strong desire to excel in a competitive environmentProven teamwork and customer service skillsWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
