The daily responsibilities as part of this role :

• Daily face-to-face visits with Physicians, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.
• Daily interaction with your fellow sales and clinical team members.
• Advocating and educating to assigned referral source prospects to make connections to patients and families in need of support from our incredible clinical team.
• Documenting sales call activity for manager review, weekly.
• Achieving assigned goals each month.
