Job description7–12 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong skills in Python and SQL , including complex queries and performance tuning. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences. Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in financial services . Familiarity with IBM MQ, TIBCO, RabbitMQ , or other messaging tools. Experience with SOAP / REST APIs and cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). Experience designing and architecting systems. B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
Software Developer – Digital Transformation Team
Location : Charlotte, NC and NYC
We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing development team as we drive a major digital transformation initiative. You’ll work on modernizing our systems, adopting a data-driven approach, and delivering scalable solutions that support our growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python, SQL, C# / .NET , and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries, improve application performance, and ensure software scalability.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
