Key Responsibilities
Ensure successful implementation of cloud-based banking software and completion of post-go-live milestones
Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing issues
Participate in sales demos and answer product-related questions during client interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
3+ years of lending experience, preferably in SBA roles
Understanding of banking processes and software development lifecycle
Experience with MS-Office 365 and Professional Services Automation software
