Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the retail, residential, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure project completion within deadlines
• Supervise and mentor construction staff and subcontractors for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
