About us :

We are a dynamic international consulting company specializing in process modeling and the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence to automate manual desktop workflows and application processes. With our innovative solutions, we help companies optimize their processes, increase efficiency, and save valuable resources. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Process Consultant (m / f / d) to guide our clients on their digital transformation journey and develop tailored automation solutions.

Advise our clients in all phases of process automation, from analysis to implementation

Conduct process analysis and identify optimization potential through RPA and cognitive AI

Develop solution concepts for automating manual desktop workflows and application processes

Support departments in defining and modeling workflows and processes

Create feasibility studies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects

Manage and accompany the implementation of automation projects, considering technical and organizational requirements

Train and coach clients and internal teams on best practices in process automation

Work closely with developers, architects, and other interdisciplinary teams

Your profile :

Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Solid experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally in connection with RPA and / or Cognitive AI

Experience in consulting and project management for automation initiatives

Very good knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)

Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way

Ideally, experience with common RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Wianco) and cognitive AI applications

Willingness to travel for business trips within Europe

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
