Job Title : Powder Coating Assistant

Reports To : Powder Coating Supervisor

Status : Nonexempt

General Job Description :

The Powder Coating Assistant will be a utility player who is responsible being the face of our company

while driving our truck to deliver and pickup customer product, along with preparing parts for powder

coating.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Make deliveries and drop offs (typically within 1 hour of Bridgton, ME) with our 26 box truck,

2. Prepare parts for powder coating by sanding, sandblasting, degreasing, washing, masking, and

plugging,

3. Hang parts in preparation for powder coating,

4. Help meet production goals,

5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED required

Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean history
