Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Water Resources Project Manager for their Cleveland team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead / manage site development design projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget
- Manage professional service contracts
- Prepare contract proposals / project budgets
- Monitor project status and complete project status reports
- Manage project invoicing / accounts receivable
- Prepare / manage sub-consultant agreements
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Keep current on regional regulatory agencies and permit requirements
- Direct / coordinate land development and environmental resource permitting
- Manage delivery of engineering projects
- Implement QA / QC programs
- Resolve technical and personnel issues
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
