Process Improvement Manager

We’re looking for a Process Improvement Manager to join our large, publicly traded client. The Process Improvement Manager will streamline operations, and lead cross-functional projects across the global business. You’ll focus on optimizing key processes like order-to-cash, source-to-pay, and record-to-report, ensuring smooth, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PMI methods

Map, analyze, and redesign workflows to boost efficiency and control

Manage end-to-end process improvement projects across teams and functions

Partner with IT and vendors to enhance ERP capabilities

Educate stakeholders on process impacts and drive successful change adoption

Champion a customer-first mindset while ensuring strong internal controls

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial or Systems Engineering, or related field

5+ years of hands-on process improvement experience

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and transactional accounting

Accounting understanding

Background in SQL and relational databases

Proven track record in process mapping, documentation, and transformation projects

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP certification a plus
