As Our Front Office Patient Care Coordinator, You'll :

• Work : full-time Monday through Thursday between 9 AM and 6 PM
• Greet patients warmly and ensure smooth check-in / check-out
• Guide patients through treatment plans, insurance, and payment options
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and recalls
• Support the dental team with communication and patient flow
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
• Verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, and process billing / claims
• Respond to patient questions with professionalism and care
• Keep the front office organized and efficient
• Contribute to a positive team culture
