Job Title : Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician

Location : Wisconsin

Position Overview : We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our Health Center on a 5-month Locum Tenens basis, with the opportunity to extend. The role involves a Monday-Friday Clinical schedule from 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm plus call for one weekday per week and one weekend per month (Friday 7 : 00am-Monday 7 : 00am). The role also involves seeing an average of 18 patients per day.

Requirements

• MD / DO Degree
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Wisconsin or hold an IMLC
• BLS and NRP Required
• Supervising APPs Required
