Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the rehabilitation specialty.

This position requires night shifts of 12 hours.

The nurse will be responsible for the care of patients with rehabilitation needs.

Key diagnoses include CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and generalized debility.

Experience with patient ratios of 1 : 6 is necessary.

Candidates must have experience with the EPIC charting system.

It is essential to be flexible with scheduling, including working every third weekend and holidays as needed.

Floating between different facilities may be required.

The role includes the administration of medications, patient assessments, and management of care plans.

Candidates should be capable of performing dressing changes and interpretation of laboratory results.

Additional responsibilities include patient education and discharge planning.

Preparedness for a Pass / Fail EKG exam is necessary.

Professional conduct and adherence to policies regarding attendance and punctuality are mandatory.

Candidates must not have any open cases on background checks.
