Office Location : 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205 Camp Hill, PA 17011

Coverage area : Travel throughout territory is required for visits

Schedule : Full Time Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM

How you will contribute (not limited to) :

You will make a difference in our patient's lives by coordinating with the assigned nurse to provide safe patient care and report out on the patient's condition. You will perform personal care, take vitals, communicate with families, and other duties as assigned. You will travel between patients and work as part of an interdisciplinary team that supports both families and patients during their end-of-life journey.
