Clinic has two cardiac surgeons and one thoracic only surgeon two other APPs that coverage the inpatient locum would work collaboratively with inpatient APPs including rounding with surgeons.

Potential for one surgery per day

Reverse invoicing - Provider must uses DocTime as of 7 / 1 to clock in and clock out. Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returnedDo NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.
