About the Role

The Retail Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison between the corporate team and all retail store locations, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, clear communication, and strong operational performance across the fleet. This role supports new store openings, manages construction and fixture ordering, oversees facilities needs, and ensures stores have the tools and information required to operate successfully.

Responsibilities

Store Operations & Communication

• Serve as the communication liaison between corporate and store teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build and maintain training modules related to store operations.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing updates of the Store Operations Manual.
• Ensure the Store Planning Calendar and Inbound Order Documents are accurate and communicated on time.

Qualifications

Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
