A 150-bed facility is seeking a hospitalist for locum tenens coverage.

About the Facility Location

The facility is located an hour and a half south of Las Vegas.

About the Clinician's Workday

There will be only a nocturnist on at night. The locum needs to perform procedures and be comfortable working alone. There are 5-7 admits a night, and the program averages about 60 encounters as a group in a 24-hour period.

  • Case Load / PPD :   Average program census 58, 7-9 admits a night. Average 66 patient encounters, including admits, in a 24 hour period
  • Support Staff :   intensivist available, only hospitalist on at night
