Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Napa Valley Care Center

Napa Valley Care Center is looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help residents regain independence, strength, and confidence in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery goals
  • Assist residents with daily living skills and functional activities
  • Document therapy services and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

    • Qualifications

  • Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion for working with seniors and post-acute patients
  • Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
