Job Description Summary :
As a design and / or construction matter specialist, provide technical guidance and management of project team members throughout assigned project phases. Working under the direction of the Director and / or mentorship of a Construction Project Manager IV, the Construction Project Manager III is responsible for all project parameters, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality as the project progresses from planning through project closeout or through assigned project phases.
Responsibilities :
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Knowledge of construction principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret contract documents. Ability to travel. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
