Location : Des Moines & Clive, Iowa

Position Type : Full-Time Locum Tenens (1.0 FTE)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

️ Setting : Inpatient + Outpatient Clinic

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Board-Certified ENT / Otolaryngologist to provide full-scope ENT services across a thriving clinic in Clive and inpatient consult / call coverage in Des Moines . This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with both clinic and OR involvement .

Patient Contact Hours : 36 per week

Inpatient Responsibilities : Yes

Staffing Ratio : 1 : 1 physician-nurse & ancillary support

OR scheduling is flexible coordinated with the hospital team

Call : Participation in call schedule (hospital)

Full-spectrum ENT services

2 3 exam rooms per provider

Onsite access to imaging, lab, and pharmacy (within building)

️ Clinic volume : 30+ patients / day

️ Appointment Length : 15 minutes

Patient base from Des Moines metro + surrounding outreach areas

Teaching opportunities available

Requirements :

Board Certified in Otolaryngology Required

Active Iowa License or IMLC Required

Full-Time Availability Required

Experience in ENT practice Required
