Job Title : CNC Lathe Machinist

Shift : Second Shift | Hours : 3 PM - 11 PM

Pay Scale : $25 - $32 per hour | Industry : Manufacturing

Job Overview :

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with expertise in 5-Axis machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machines independently to produce top-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and run CNC lathe machines (3, 4, and 5-Axis) based on blueprint specifications.

Perform machine adjustments and address issues with controllers, machines, and processes.

Choose appropriate tools and set feeds and speeds to meet production needs.

Use precision hand tools to inspect machined parts for quality assurance.

Work autonomously and uphold productivity standards.

Handle weights of up to 70 lbs. as required.

Keep work environment tidy and organized, including tools, equipment, and machinery.

Monitor tool inventory and place orders as needed.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED.

• 8-10 years of experience in CNC Machining (Lathe) with expertise in CNC 3 & 4-Axis lathe setup and operation.

Preference for background in Aerospace.
