Your Role

Lead and coordinate all functions of the Med Surg unit on designated shifts

Oversee quality of patient care services and ensure compliance with core measures

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including conflict resolution, evaluations, and disciplinary actions

Maintain communication with hospital leadership and medical staff

Be hands-on with patient care as needed to support staff and ensure high standards
