Warehouse/Freezer Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas using scanners and documentation systems.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Offload products daily from the blast freezer and transport items to designated storage areas.
• Organize raw materials and finished goods to maintain proper stock rotation and accessibility.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling tools (training provided if needed).
• Ensure safe, efficient movement and storage of products in extreme temperature environments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance in all warehouse zones.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support general warehouse operations and cross-functional tasks as needed.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain product integrity in temperature-controlled environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and reliable communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in changing temperature environments, including cold and extreme cold areas.

The pay range for this role is:
