Job description

Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance, have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization. Location : Bristol, Pennsylvania

Pay : $18.50 per hour

Shift :

  • 2nd Shift A - Sunday to Thursday 2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm
  • 2nd Shift B - Sunday to Thursday 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm

  • Assembly
  • Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures.
  • Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.
  • Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the "seven steps to proper lifting." For heavier cartons / objects has helper assist using "buddy lifting method."

  • Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening
  • Have reliable Transportation
