Job Overview
As an IT Support Technician (Tier 1 Field Dispatch) , you will be the frontline technical expert for our clients, providing onsite support for workstations, servers, networks, and software. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring top-tier customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to expand their hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support for workstations, servers, networking, and software issuesRespond to client calls and emails, diagnosing and resolving technical problemsInstall and configure computers, network equipment, servers, and peripheralsPerform Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting and basic Linux server supportTroubleshoot and upgrade Microsoft SQL databasesManage IT ticketing system ( ConnectWise or similar ) to log and track support requestsMaintain and update technical documentation and user training materialsEducate clients on best IT practices and software usageAssist with IT hardware setup, upgrades, and disposalWhat We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as an IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and basic Linux environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows ServerBasic networking skills - Configuring routers, switches, and troubleshooting connectivityExperience with RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift and install IT hardware when requiredPreferred Experience (Not Required, but a Plus!)
Hands-on experience with ConnectWise or similar IT ticketing systemsExperience in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) or IT consulting environmentExposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)3C Technology Solutions is committed to providing a safe and secure work environment for all employees, clients, and stakeholders.
