These roles are ideal for nurses who want reliable shifts, a calm work environment, and meaningful patient connections-without the travel, housing demands, or constant facility changes common in agency contract work.

• Low Patient Ratio (1 : 4) + 24 / 7 Aide Support

Time to assess properly, plan care, and support clients safely.

No facility noise, constant call lights, or overcrowded units.

Especially for trach, vent, or respiratory care-no one is put on a shift unprepared.

24 / 7 clinical leadership available for questions or guidance.

This is true continuity of care , even in a short-term role.

The Opportunity

As a Contract LPN, you'll provide skilled care for adults with complex medical needs-including chronic respiratory support, neurological conditions, and long-term disabilities-within one of our medically supported Adult Family Homes.

You'll use your clinical judgment, assessment skills, and calm demeanor to support a small group of residents who rely on steady, reliable nursing care.
