We are seeking Junior UX / UI Designers to join our fast-growing team at EY Studio+ Athens . You will help push the boundaries of design and innovation, tackling complex challenges across industries—financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and more—using proven frameworks and methods to deliver transformative client experiences in Greece and beyond.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Junior UX / UI Designer, you will work alongside business designers, UX / UI designers, strategists, product managers, and engineering teams to design innovative user-centered services and products. As part of our team, you will be working across all areas of the design process from research, workshops, ideation, user journeys, flows, prototyping, and testing.

• You are a passionate designer with a genuine interest in innovation, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity in digital experiences.
• You thrive in a team environment, co-creating and developing solutions alongside designers, business professionals, and technology consultants.
• You are curious, staying updated on the latest digital developments and trends in UX / UI, and are actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables.
• Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field (for example, UX / UI, visual communication, graphic design, or other creative disciplines).
• Essential knowledge of visual design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
