The University of Iowa Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Administrative Services Coordinator for Student-Athlete Academic Services. Responsibilities : The Administrative Services Coordinator for SAAS is responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Gerdin Athletic Learning Center and assists the Director and Office staff with the management of the daily operational needs of the unit. This position may require work in the evenings, on weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience (typically 6 months to 1 year) providing office management and basic administrative support to professional staff, including reviewing calendars and preparing correspondence while independently prioritizing and managing other processes and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of and ability to : Provide excellent frontline customer service Effectively use office support software, (such as Microsoft Office, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc.) to generate reports, merge information with correspondence, design publications and update websites (please specify software used) Work constructively and collaboratively in a diverse environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships. Work effectively in a highly regulated team environment.
Desired Qualifications :
