Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Columbia, MD. This contract position is set for the current school year, beginning as soon as possible. The role requires delivering specialized support to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key responsibilities :

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student communication needs
• Support students development in articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills to enable academic success
