Job Description

• Generate daily purchase orders for materials sourced both domestically and internationally
• Monitor and track orders to confirm receipt and ensure on-time delivery
• Procure steel, coils, rods, and various metal materials
• Source and purchase factory tools, equipment, machinery, and replacement components
• Analyse and compare pricing from multiple suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Create detailed cost-saving reports using Excel
• Address and resolve quality concerns, accounting discrepancies, and supplier-related inventory issues
• Effectively manage and resolve non-conforming material issues in a timely manner
