• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions aimed at enhancing motor skills, coordination, strength, cognition, and independence.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on effective strategies to support therapy goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in adherence with state, federal, and facility regulations.
