Solar Construction Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solar Technician with over 5 years of experience in commercial or utility-scale solar projects for a portfolio in Upstate NY. This role involves working directly with the project manager to manage small crews on active construction sites. Candidates should be willing to travel as required.

Work Environment
Work is performed outdoors on active construction sites, which can be muddy and wet. Candidates report to the Journeyman Electrician or a site superintendent. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, and Saturdays from 7 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.07 - $65.07 / hr.
