Overview

As an Administrative Assistant for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), your organizational and communication skills are key, along with your attention to detail. You will assist with document preparation and reproduction, help coordinate meetings and office activities, order and stock supplies, answer the phone, and maintain the filing system. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, averaging 25+ hours per week with potential of full- time.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent schooling experience;

• Experience in an office environment;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
