A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a NOC Change Management Engineer.
Position Type : Full-Time, Contract to hire
Duration : 6 months
Location : Littleton, CO- 80120 (Onsite)
As a NOC Change Management Engineer , you will :
- The Engineer will support the Change Management team.
- Be proactive in the Change Management Maintenance arena including decision making during approvals
- Understand and develop Moratoriums for the wireless network, for work stoppages and freezes within the network.
- Assist in development and approval of ServiceNow and CMDB.
- Help formulate and establish robust change management process
- Help assist and develop scalable, scheduling, entry and approval process for change management system using tools ServiceNow, JIRA
- Track and Report performance metrics for the change management ecosystem
- Establish Change success and failure criteria, failure root cause, failure notification and incident follow-up
Set up dashboard for easy access and reporting for NOC as part day to day troubleshooting tracking change request.
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree in electrical / computer engineering preferred or 5 or more years of professional experience as a NOC engineer or Change engineer in a large enterprise NOCPossess Configuration Management (CMDB) knowledge5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center with a focus on change management2-5+ years of experience working within the Wireless industry (3GPP)In depth understanding of the NOC Operating Model FCAPS or ITIL - ServiceNow experience a plusThank you!

Pay Range
