A North American leader in their manufacturing niche is conducting a search for a Business Systems Analyst at their main facility located in Charleston, SC . The teammate will serve as a key member of the Business Applications team. The successful candidate will support ERP and other business systems across their full lifecycle. You will also ensure that business users have access to the data and reporting necessary for their success.

Hands-on experience configuring or implementing Oracle EBS and / or a major ERP system (SAP, IFS, Dynamics)

~ Full understanding and experience with end-to-end system testing in a multi-tier system (dev / test / prod)

~ Ability to understand business processes and the relationships between them to maintain harmony and efficiency across business functions

~ Ability to translate business requirements into specifications and system designs

~ Ability to communicate technical terms and issues in plain language to business users

~ 3+ years of experience with SQL-based databases including query development, query optimization, writing stored procedures and views

~ Experience with data cubes / multidimensional reporting is a plus

~ Working knowledge of software development (Power Platforms and .net are a plus)

~ Ability to plan, execute and manage complex projects

~ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Information Technology

Minimum 8 years of Business Systems experience
