SUMMARY : Responsible for performing production duties (picking, packing, and shipping) and assisting management to ensure that orders are processed in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. Expected to understand all aspects of the physical fulfillment of orders. Required to assist in order processing and printing of shipment labels, depending on order volume.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Organize and separate customer packing slips / invoices based on fulfillment processes (products, box type, and gel ice / no gel ice orders)

Perform quality control of orders to ensure errors are corrected before reaching fulfillment production

Distribute master pick lists and packing slips to designated fulfillment production areas
