PRN Skilled Home Health Nurse (RN / LPN)

We are seeking experienced PRN / Part-Time Skilled Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful one-on-one patient care. You will provide a variety of skilled nursing services in the home setting, including IV therapy, wound care, drain care, and patient / caregiver education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform IV therapy / infusion services (antibiotics, hydration, etc.) including monitoring and documentation.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes per physician orders.
• Manage and monitor drainage systems (e.g., PleurX, peritoneal drains, JP drains).
• Conduct skilled nursing assessments and document findings in EMR.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, infection control, and health maintenance.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
