We are currently seeking a
- Technical Sales Engineer / Account Manager
- to join our team and expand our customer base within a defined U.S. territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and technically savvy professional to work at the intersection of engineering and sales in a dynamic, high-tech industry.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory.
- Travel regularly to visit customers, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide outstanding support and clear communication to existing clients.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Drive revenue through new equipment sales and solution-based selling.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations.
- Represent Sikora at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Schedule and manage customer visits with efficiency and professionalism.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent technical sales experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical sales.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, customer focus, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 65%, including both domestic and occasional international travel.
