Marketing Intern - Exmark

The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for :

Creating and monitoring social media content

Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar

Researching competitive brands and following digital trends

Collaborating across all functions of the business and learn about what it takes to be a great team

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements :

Demonstrated social media aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance

Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or other related field

Experience with social media, Canva, Photoshop and other content creation software preferred

Summer Hours

Based on Location – Enjoy a flexible schedule during the summer! By working a little more during the first few days of the week, TTC employees at certain locations are able to start their weekends early and leave by noon on Friday.

Competitive Pay

– anticipated pay $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
